Most replies go out the same day, or the following morning if you wrote late at night. What comes back will include the room or flat we can offer, the rate for your dates, and a plain list of what is included. If something in your message needs a decision from the kitchen or from housekeeping, we check with them first rather than guessing.
A person reads your enquiry, checks availability, and replies with a room or flat, a rate, and any extras itemised. Nothing is confirmed until you say yes in writing.
